Well, howdy there, internet people.
It's Beau again.
So today, we are going to talk about the Fox News case
again, because there have been some newsworthy developments
through that, in that case.
There are audio recordings that have surfaced.
There is a judge who is less than happy with Fox
at the moment and these developments are probably going to turn this particular case into even
more of a show.
Okay, so the big news, the part that everybody's going to be paying attention to is recordings
have surfaced.
recordings have people associated with the Trump campaign, Rudy Giuliani is one, talking
to people at Fox and basically saying, we really don't have the evidence to back this
up, or that evidence is a little harder to find, or there was an audit of the machines
in Georgia, and the audit really didn't find anything wrong with them physically.
And these conversations were pretty early on.
It definitely strengthens Dominion's case, certainly appears to anyway.
And these recordings have definitely bothered the judge, along with some other things dealing
with Murdoch's actual role within the company and stuff like that.
To the point that at time of filming the judge plans on appointing a special master and kind
of it looks like the purpose of the special master is to probe possible misconduct and
determine whether or not Fox misled the court, whether or not they withheld evidence during
the discovery process or if maybe they're still withholding evidence.
It looks like Dominion will be able to conduct additional depositions based on some of the
new evidence.
Fox, of course, is saying this stuff was turned over as soon as they knew about it, but the
judge is I believe concerned is the word that was used. So there is going to be a
whole new show before the actual trial which is right around the corner. In fact
this may lead to it being delayed but I don't I don't know that the judge is
going to be willing to do that. This case is probably going to be one that is
reported on daily. When the trial starts I would imagine there will be constant
updates and it will become a massive news story, one so big that Fox
viewers probably won't be able to ignore it. And while trials like this, the
outcome is never certain, all of the information that has come out lately,
well, it's a really bad sign for Fox. Anyway, it's just a thought. Y'all have a
Have a good day.
