Beau says:
Talking legal entanglements in Georgia, Trump's co-defendant risks case integrity by discussing it on social media, facing potential courtroom repercussions soon.
Legal observers
Insights on the potential implications of discussing legal cases on social media and the impact on ongoing legal processes.

Well, howdy there internet people, let's bow again.
So today we are going to talk about something related to Georgia
and social media posts
and
legal entanglements
um...
and
perhaps saying something on social media
that isn't entirely wise.
But surprisingly, this isn't about Trump.
It's about one of his co-defendants.
Trevegan Cuddy, she is one of Trump's co-defendants
and she has conditions on her release
that include not talking about the facts of the case,
not going after witnesses, that sort of thing.
She did an Instagram Live
And it seemed like at the beginning, she said talk about it generally, but not the facts.
And as time went on, there was conversation creep, basically.
The conversation moved a little bit.
In relevant part, which I believe was actually caught by Midas Touch.
I think that's where all of this originated.
The relevant part here is, there's a woman sitting somewhere who knows this whole thing
is a lie, who knows I never did anything to her, who knows I never, who knows she begged
me for help, there's a woman sitting somewhere who knows that I'm going to mess her whole
life up when this is done.
She did not say mess.
another word there. In context, it appears she is talking about Miss Freeman, who
would be a potential witness in the case. And the way this part of the conversation
is spoken, it definitely appears that this is all related to the case. This is
something that will probably end up in a courtroom being discussed, probably
relatively quickly. In most courtrooms, a judge would describe this in
technical legal terms as totally uncool. This is, while the frequency is
is different.
The severity of this, it really can't be compared to Trump.
This is a little different.
I imagine it will be treated differently as well.
The habit of those associated with Trump
when it comes to airing their grievances on social media,
particularly about legal issues. It is one that has, it has continually harmed
those in Trump's circle, but it hasn't really impacted Trump. And I feel like
maybe that's why those in his circle think, well, I mean, he gets away with
it. So this is probably something that's going to end up in a courtroom pretty
quick. I would imagine that this gets brought up at least mentioned quickly.
The case is still moving along. There are still offers that are being made by the
district attorney's office to witnesses trying to get them to cooperate. There's
There's not a lot of rumor mill stuff about how that's going, but we will probably get
some more updates pretty soon.
Anyway, it's just a thought.
Y'all have a good day.
